Other policies
1. Fair wages and hours
Everyone is paid at least the legal minimum wage, overtime is voluntary and paid, and working hours follow local law.
2. No forced or child labour
We never use forced, bonded or child labour, and we check the age of every worker.
3. Safe workplaces
Fire exits, first aid, machine guards and safety training on every floor, checked regularly.
4. Respect and freedom
No harassment or discrimination. Workers are free to join unions and raise concerns without fear.
5. Environment
We reduce waste, recycle offcuts and choose certified mills, dyes and chemicals.
6. Our suppliers
Fabric mills, trim makers and printers we work with agree to the same standards. Audits are welcome on request.
