Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most styles start at 50 pieces per style and colour, with sizes mixed as you like. Basic T-shirts and polos start at 100 pieces. See the MOQ table for each product.
What files do you need for my logo?
Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG or EPS) are best. High-resolution PNG works too. Send a tech pack if you have one.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Sizes can be mixed freely. MOQ is per style and colour, so 50 hoodies can be any mix of sizes in one colour.
How do I get prices?
Open a free trade account to get your price list, or send an enquiry with the style, quantity and decoration.

Samples
Do you make samples?
Yes. Samples take 7–14 days depending on the product. The sample fee is credited back on your bulk order.
Can I get a sample of an existing style?
Yes. Any style in the catalogue can be sampled with your logo.
What if the sample isn’t right?
Tell us what to change. We revise until you approve, and only then start bulk.

Production & quality
How long does production take?
Usually 3–7 weeks after sample approval, depending on the product and quantity. Your account shows the stage of every order.
Can you use my own labels and packaging?
Yes. We make woven and printed labels, hangtags and custom packaging, or use yours.
How do you check quality?
Four inspections from fabric to packing, with an AQL 2.5 final inspection and a report before shipping.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment — or book a live video tour with your account manager.

Payment & shipping
What are your payment terms?
For new customers: 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipping, by bank transfer. Repeat customers can ask for other terms.
How do you ship?
By air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or by sea and air freight. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP to your door.
Do you ship DDP?
Yes. We can deliver duties paid to your door in most countries.
What happens if goods arrive faulty?
Report it within 14 days with photos and we repair, replace or credit the faulty pieces.
